Gashapon Machine hire across Brisbane
We deliver across metro Brisbane — the CBD, Fortitude Valley, West End, South Bank, Newstead, the northern and southern suburbs, and out towards Ipswich and the bay. Brisbane leans outdoors more than the southern capitals — decks, courtyards, marquees and open-sided spaces are common, which changes what works and what does not.
We hold stock in Brisbane, so there is no interstate freight on the quote and lead times are local rather than dictated by a truck from down south.
Access and setup in Brisbane
Queenslanders on stumps are the recurring Brisbane challenge: a flight of stairs to the front door and a deck that may or may not take the weight. Ground-level access, a garage or a flat courtyard is ideal. Let us know the property type and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.
Humidity and summer storms matter here in a way they do not down south. Machines are electrical and need to stay dry and out of direct sun. One of the smaller footprints in the fleet, which makes it the easy pick for tight stands and busy foyers. Capsule contents are yours to choose.
What we see in Brisbane
Brisbane bookings split between retail activations and family events. The compact size suits the covered outdoor spaces common here, and because every turn dispenses something it keeps a queue moving in heat where people do not want to stand around.
Events it suits
In Brisbane we most often deliver the gashapon machine to brand activations and product sampling, retail and shopping centre campaigns, expos and trade stands, conferences, and kids events.
Hiring more than one machine? claw machine, basketball machine, boxing machine, dart machine, giant gumball machine are all stocked in Brisbane too, and the more you book the sharper the quote gets. Full details on the gashapon machine page.
Common questions
Are your gashapon machines actually stocked in Brisbane?
Yes. We hold stock in Brisbane rather than freighting machines in for each booking, and our own team handles delivery, setup and pack-down. That keeps interstate transport off your quote. Availability for a specific date is confirmed when you enquire.
Which Brisbane areas do you deliver to?
All of metro Brisbane, including the CBD, Fortitude Valley, West End, South Bank, Newstead, the northern and southern suburbs, and out towards Ipswich and the bay. Tell us the suburb and venue and we will confirm delivery with your quote.
What does the gashapon machine need on site?
A standard power point and enough clear floor space for the machine and the people using it. One of the smaller footprints in the fleet, which makes it the easy pick for tight stands and busy foyers. Capsule contents are yours to choose. Send us the venue details and we will confirm access before you book.
How long is a hire?
Standard hire is four hours of play time, not counting setup and pack-down, which we handle. Full-day and multi-day hire is quoted on request.
Can the gashapon machine be branded?
Yes. We design and print wraps in-house, so the machine can carry your logo, colours or campaign artwork. Allow around two weeks from artwork sign-off.
