Dart Machine hire across Sydney
We deliver across metro Sydney — the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Parramatta, Greater Western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. Sydney venues run from harbourside function rooms and converted Surry Hills warehouses to office floors in the CBD and clubs out west.
Because we hold stock in Sydney rather than freighting it in, there is no interstate transport on your quote and we can usually move faster on short notice than suppliers shipping from elsewhere.
Access and setup in Sydney
Sydney access is the thing that catches people out. CBD towers mean loading docks and booked lift times; terraces in the inner suburbs mean narrow hallways and stairs; apartment blocks mean building management sign-off. Tell us the building when you enquire and we will work it out before the day rather than on it.
December books out first and hardest here, and harbour-adjacent venues go earliest of all. Needs clear throwing distance in front of it, which is the one thing people forget when planning a layout. Keep the lane clear of walkways.
What we see in Sydney
Darts is our answer to Sydney venues with noise limits — apartment-adjacent spaces, hotel function rooms and offices where something quiet is the only option. It also suits CBD events running in a break-out room rather than the main floor, because it needs no supervision and nobody has to shout over it.
Events it suits
In Sydney we most often deliver the dart machine to office functions, pubs and clubs, quieter venue spaces, conferences and break-out rooms, and house parties where something needs to run unsupervised.
Hiring more than one machine? claw machine, basketball machine, boxing machine, gashapon machine, giant gumball machine are all stocked in Sydney too, and the more you book the sharper the quote gets. Full details on the dart machine page.
Common questions
Are your electronic dart machines actually stocked in Sydney?
Yes. We hold stock in Sydney rather than freighting machines in for each booking, and our own team handles delivery, setup and pack-down. That keeps interstate transport off your quote. Availability for a specific date is confirmed when you enquire.
Which Sydney areas do you deliver to?
All of metro Sydney, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Parramatta, Greater Western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire. Tell us the suburb and venue and we will confirm delivery with your quote.
What does the dart machine need on site?
A standard power point and enough clear floor space for the machine and the people using it. Needs clear throwing distance in front of it, which is the one thing people forget when planning a layout. Keep the lane clear of walkways. Send us the venue details and we will confirm access before you book.
How long is a hire?
Standard hire is four hours of play time, not counting setup and pack-down, which we handle. Full-day and multi-day hire is quoted on request.
Can the dart machine be branded?
Yes. We design and print wraps in-house, so the machine can carry your logo, colours or campaign artwork. Allow around two weeks from artwork sign-off.
